To Request the Honor Guard
For Honor Guard support for funerals or memorial services for current or retired LVMPD personnel, as well as, certain dignitaries within the community contact the Honor Guard directly at 702-828-3111.
Color Guard Request Guidelines
1. You must provide at least 30 days advance notice via email below. Due to the high demand for the Honor Guard's attendance at events, late requests are rarely accepted.
2. Please remember that the Honor Guard's primary function is to support funerals for our members and dignitaries. Though rare, an approved request could be cancelled.
3. Law enforcement related events will take precedence over non-law enforcement events. Non-law enforcement related events may not be approved.
4. Requests must include the following:
· Type of event
· Date
· Time
· Location
· Contact person’s information
· Approximate number of attendees
